    not sure which email and password this is registered under as I have changed it

    I have checked your email address and see that there are no accounts registered using this email address. However, as I check your IP address, I found the account Avaloncare which you may be referring to. This account is registered using i***o@av*******e.co.uk. You may try logging into the account using the account username or email address. If you have forgotten the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen that sends the password reset link to the registered email address.
