When I request to download all files from the submissions, a window would pop up and say that my request has been received, and an email notification would be sent to me once my data is ready. However, I am receiving nothing afterward. I have been repeatedly trying, once in a while I would receive the email, but most of the time it doesn't work, I would wait for hours and still receive nothing.
I am wondering what could be causing this problem. Will it go away if I upgrade my membership?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have checked the email log for your email address and I cannot even see the log about this email, I can also see the same while testing on my end, no email is sent and there is not any log in the email history.
I will forward this to our second level so our developers can take a look on it, we will let you know as soon as we get any update.

The issue should be fixed now. We request you to try downloading the files once again and you should be receiving the email with the download link. If you notice any further issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
