How to allow user to input credit card details in PayPal payment tool?

i inserted a paypal feature to submit payment on my form.  I was expecting a whole section to appear where the user inputs their payment (cc) infor, etc.  That is not showing up so I'm a bit confused.  The form shows a check box and the name of the "product" but no place for the user to input payment info.

I did check your form and found that you have added PayPal payment tool. Please note that if you have added Paypal payment tool and when the form is submitted, users will be redirected to Paypal checkout page where payment needs to be settled. 

If you need your users to be able to input credit card detail in form, you should add "PayPal Pro" payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
