Input data of form field is not displayed in submission emails.

    I just updated this form and when I sent a test submission the "Type of Project" info did not show up on the emailed notification.  Can you please take a look at this and let me know what is wrong asap?  Thank you!

    I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have edited the email template. Please note that if you edit your email template, it becomes dirty. That means any changes you make in your form will not reflect in email template. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new email alert. For now, I have fixed this issue in your form by adding the correct field name. Please check the screenshot below:


    Hope this helps.

    Do test your form again and see if you receive the submission emails correctly.
