Registration forms stopped transferring to Sheets

Asked by richmondyoungwriters on July 07, 2017 at 11:42 AM

We've been taking registrations using Jotform (embedded in Squarespace) for months, but the last three registrations that appeared in my email did not show up on the Sheet. I haven't made any changes to the form recently. I'm worried that there are other registrations that didn't show up. Please help!

Keep in mind that if the payment submission didn't go through and submission is not completed it will not pass to Spreadsheet. For more information, please go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

I have manually pushed the not synced submissions, could you please check if they are restored? If not, please try re-integrating your Google Spreadsheet to your form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

The manual push worked! Seeing the last few registrations. No one has registered since the push, so I'll try the reintegration if future registrations aren't showing up. Thanks.

(Also, yep, we're aware that the payment submission has to go through, and they had.)
