What is the definition of a "form view"?

Is that when a potential respondent clicks to view the form? Does it incur a 2nd "view" if the respondent goes in, views the form, exits, and clicks back in later to enter their response? Does it incur a "view" if I click the link to view my own form? I am considering which type of account to select - starter, bronze, etc, and this answer may impact my decision.

Each time the form is loaded it will be counted as one form view. If the form is closed and reopened or reloaded another view will be counted.

Form view will not count it if the form is viewed by yourself while you are logged in to your JotForm account- even if the form is embedded on your website.
