I am trying to download my form uploads but I am not receiving the usual email? I have tried several times over the last four (4) hours. There are 144 pdf. files, but this has never been an issue in the past. Is there an issue with this option right now?

The issue should be fixed now. We request you to try downloading the files once again and you should be receiving the email with the download link. If you notice any further issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
