want my forms to be emailed to a new email address

    HI

    I have three questions:

1- I just changed the email address where the forms will be sent to. I am not sure what to put for Port number and STMP. So I am not sure if the change went through? Please confirm.

2- There are multiple people in our organization. I'd like for each form to be sent to the specific email address of its indented user in our organization as opposed to all forms coming to  info@feelinggoodtherapy.com which is how I have it set up now. Can that be arranged?

3- I'd like to keep our patient's credit card numbers on file as many wish for us to charge them without having to bring their credit card each time they come in. What widget do I use to keep cc number, exp date, CVV and zip code on file?

    Thanks,

    Kaie Dashtban

The recipient address for each notification in each form would need to be changed manually.  Here is how to do so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to update them automatically.

We do not allow for the collection of credit card details through forms.  As per our terms of use:

    https://www.jotform.com/terms/

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

We do allow for credit card authorization:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

But that would need to be done through one of our payment processors and would still require entering the information into the form for each transaction.
