Right now we have a sign up form for new and renewing members for our nonprofit. Can the old data be deleted from the form and can the form still be available for new members?Page URL:

Yes. You may delete the existing submission from the form. However, please note that the submission data deletion is permanent and it is not possible to retrieve the data again. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with deleting the submission data from your form.
Also, as I check your account it is currently having more than 500 submissions which is the submission storage limit for Free subscription account. If you receive any further submissions, the oldest submission from the account will be deleted automatically to store the latest submission.
