Unable to upgrade our account

    Hello we are trying to pay for an annual subscibtion and can not.

    this is for the bronz

    I have checked your account and see that it is already holding Bronze subscription plan. It looks like the account was auto-renewed to Bronze yearly plan yesterday. However, you switched to Bronze monthly subscription plan today. The account is currently good in standing now.
