Can I create a form that I can save information on, and return to complete later?

 I have already tried the method detailed here https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later but would prefer something that could be saved on a field-by-field basis and complete at a later date; without having to insert page breaks if possible

It's possible to allow users to start filling the form and return to it later on, this can be achieved using the Auto Fill feature, but it would require to open the form in the same browser and same device, no additional parameters are required nor page break buttons.

Will these settings be saved after the form has been submitted?  And would there be a way to complete the form from the same device and browser differently, or would we need to create different forms if we have to complete 2 submissions of the form at the same time?

Form will be cleared after submission. You will have to use same device and same browser to see previously saved data. You can submit same form multiple times from same device and same browser. After you submit the form it will be cleared and you will be able to submit the form again with new data.

I should clarify.  We will have 1 person filling out this form (likely from the same device and browser), and it is possible that we will not be able to submit the form with all necessary information before needing to begin to fill out the same form for another client.  We would like to be able to go back and complete the forms for each client without including page breaks if possible--would the best way to accomplish this be to duplicate the form to create another link?  Do you have any other ideas for a workaround?

You will not be able to save data for two or more clients, if you will be filling the form on the same device using same browser. You will not be able to enter data for second client unless you submit the form with data of first client or override previously entered data. 

If you do not want to use session method with page breaks, then you should duplicate (clone) the form.
