Hi there, I am having similar issues with an SBCGlobal.net email account.
These emails were coming through just fine to other accounts (gmail, etc.) but not the SBCGlobal.net one. The email address was on the bounce list, I removed it, but did some more checks and still emails did not come through.
I have since changed the sender email from email@example.com to being our main account email using SMTP and it seems to be coming through ok.
The email address giving us issues is firstname.lastname@example.org. It seems that jotform emails do not come through, either to the regular inbox or to the junk folder.
Any thoughts on what is going wrong here?

The most recent emails from both our sender and your SMTP are marked as successfully sent in our email history.
You may try to submit some more form entries to see if the messages are coming now.
