Can't get form to work correctly with WIX

I have tried changing to embed website via form link, html-iframe coding.   The one that fits and works the best is the embed website via WIX dashboard but the submit just goes back to the top and doesn't submit via mobile.  When I use the iframe it doesnt scroll and fit as good as the embed via form link.  Not sure what else to try.  I build websites and have done many of these forms on other platforms fine but wix is giving issues.  

Could you please try using the clean iFrame code (without script):
