My account has been suspended?

    Hi guys, I was loving Jotform up until I found out my "account has been suspended". I have a form embedded into my website where people can go to apply for a job at my company. I need to get the problem fixed asap as I have already missed a couple applicants.

    I checked your form and it is asking for personal information. Please add an E-Signature widget to your form to avoid getting suspended again.

    I have now activated your account back in good status.
