I AM UNBLE TO TAKE SCREENSHOT OF THIS PROBLEM.
PLEASE YOU CHECK IT VIA UPLOADING A PHOTO through mobile AND KINDLY REVERT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
ALTHOUGH, It works properly when we fill this form via computer.
Thanks

I cannot seem to replicate this using iPhone 6+. What are your device model and OS version? Let us know, we'll try to check it using the same device. You may also consider changing the file upload size. 3MB is a bit small for Full HD photos.

Firstly, I don't need HD Photos... Well i have created this Form for Testing purpose that if it works best then i will buy its membership...
Well, I am using Xiaomi's Redmi Note 3, MIUI Version - MIUI Global 8.5 | Stable 8.5.3.0(MHOMIED)
If this problem contiues with this version then may be it will come with other devices also..
Please solve this Issue Immediately.
Thanks

Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you. Unfortunately, I do not have the same exact device that you have on my end. However, I tried testing your form with an Android device with version 6.0 and the upload file works perfectly on my end. (Please see screenshot below)
Is the issue also happening to any images on your phone or to just one particular image file? May we also ask how did you open the form from your mobile device? What browser app did you use?
We will wait for your response.

For some reason, your most recent response to this thread did not post.
Thank you for the additional information. However, I still cannot reproduce the issue you are having on my end.
Can you try if by removing the existing file upload field on your form and adding a new one will fix the issue?
We will wait for your response.

I'm sorry, but I cannot replicate the problem using Google Chrome on Android. I don't think the brand and model matters here. I checked the form with Samsung A7 (Android 6.0.1), Chrome 59.0.3071.125.
You may consider reinstalling Google Chrome on your mobile device. See if that works.
