Dear supporter
I created a form for a contest. The send button does not seem to work.
It perfectly works, when I test the form within the Jotform Website, but when I embed it on the website, the sending stays suspended.
Could you please help quickly. The contest is running already and I am a paying customer.
Thank you for your quick answer.
Kind regards
Regula

Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you. We understand your situation and we will be glad to help you with your concern.
Upon checking the link to the website that you have shared, I see that the form is embedded on a Wordpress website. Is this the guide you followed in order for you to do that — Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version?
Also, may we know what exactly do you mean by "the sending stays suspended"? Were you unable to click the submit button? Or, if you click the submit button the form hangs and submission does not proceed? We would like to reproduce the issue on our end. May we ask permission to submit your form directly from your website if it is possible, please?
We will wait for your response.

I embedded the link to the website the way you link suggested, but it does not change anything. I can click the submit button, but then the submission procedure does not come to an end. «Please wait» forever.
You can of course submuit the form from the website. It is a contest – maybe you win 😉.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Regula
