We have a slightly complicated form for membership renewals and registrations to our non profit.
Members first choose the payment method and the appropriate form opens on which they enter all their personal information and payment.
A few months ago the paypal form started adding tax to the membership dues. After consulting the internet I made a couple of changes and it was all working well until today.
We received a form submission today and tax was added in again. I don't see what else I could change on the form to avoid this.
Could you please take a look?

Please tell us the URL of your payment form that have issue with Tax charges being added to the submission payment.
I initially thought it was your paypal form https://www.jotform.us/form/62878558713168 . But when I checked the form, I do not see Tax charges being enabled or included in the payment settings.
Double check also on your paypal account if sales tax enabled on your PayPal account settings. You can modify your sales tax and shipping charges via your PayPal account:
