How do I receive the data from the signup form

Good day, i want to know if i create a form and use it in my church, the data from the sign up how do i receive that data? and can that data be integrated into a software so that the information populate in the software?

Your created form always have Notification Email by default. So you will be able to receive email alert every time your form is submitted by users.

You can also review the existing data of your forms in the View Submission panel of your form.
