can you please check if my Latin Dusted form autoresponder is working? Ive gotten emails that people haven't received purchase confirmation emails. These are important. I will need to know how to resend these emails so they get them. Please help me with this.
This issue may be because the email i set up to send all autoresponder is email@example.com. please let me know if its better to keep the jotform email. Or perhaps if people put an @uottawa.ca (my school) email in the email fields, the auto responder may have trouble sending emails to these addresses.
In any case, please advise.

Update. The only actual issue appear to be that the emails are being redirected to spam. Any way to prevent this?

You can also verify your sender email to make sure it is recognized by JotForm.
If you are using your own email as the Sender Email add it to your Sender's List.
Follow this guide : How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
After you have the email verified you can also just still use JotForm email "firstname.lastname@example.org" as the sender email.
