How to add image to the PDF copy of Submissions

HI all any tip please on how to best customize the report. I still don't know how to get an image URL to insert it into my report. Also how do I adjust the page breaks. I am also trying to make a heading bigger but it wont work thank you

From the PDF Design page, click the Add Image icon and enter the link to your image.

Also how do I adjust the page breaks.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add page breaks manually. It will just automatically be added based on how many pages the fields in the form requires. You can try to add multiple "blank text" using the "Add Text" option to create spaces and push other fields onto the next page.

HI also the font editing still does not work for me. I can get the editing tool box to pop as shown in the image but even after changing the font colour and font size nothing happyn

What seen to happen although I select the editing toolbox for this test it will update text in another field why is this happening???

To get an image URL to use it on customizing your PDF submissions, you can try getting it from image hosting sites like Photobucket, Imgur.com, imageshack.us, etc. Or you may simply, get the image URL by right clicking the image (for example, I have uploaded a logo on the JotForm builder) and select Copy link address. As per checking the image screenshot you have provided, I can see that you have changed the font of the form title into bold. I also tried to customize PDF submission and I didn't encounter any issues on my end.

Please make sure that you have selected the toolbox of the correct field so that the other field will not be affected. As you can see, every field has their own toolbox for customization.

Hi this is the issue I am selecting the right field but it still does not work. Else I would not have raise it as an issues/ Also if I add in a text field it does not bring up the tool box at all

in terms of getting the image URL this is all I see when I right click on the image

I also wanted to ask how do a I apply the report I am cutomising as a template for all report produces as submission for a particular form

For which field you want to change the text color? You should be able to change the question label as well as the answer fields as well by clicking on the respective field's gear icon. Please check the screenshot below:

You are not getting the image URL on right click is because the image is part of the theme. Please check the screenshot below how to get the image URL:

The correct image URL of the image you have in your form is:  https://www.jotform.com/uploads/ipops/form_files/Logos1.543.jpg
