I need to downgrade our account for now to the free version. We will not be using JotForm for at least 8-9 months. I do not see how to do that on my home page.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your silver monthly subscription plan. You will not be billed again but your account will stay silver until July 20, 2017 for the time you have already paid. After this data, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
