We are done using the forms for this year but want to reuse same form next year

We used Jotform for two events that occur in June and July. We want to cancel our account because we won't be needing it until next May, however we will be using the same form. Is there a way to keep the form but not use them when we cancel our account.

After checking your account on my end, I can confirm that you can cancel your plan subscription and it would not result in any problem. I see that your account has acquired a total of 414 submissions and 75.58 MB of stored data which are both under the Starter plan limits. https://www.jotform.com/pricing

We can cancel your plan subscription right now and put your account to free subscription. It can stay on that plan until you decide to upgrade again in the future.

The forms and submission data will stay on your account. Temporarily disabling the forms if you will not be using it is also a good practice — How-to-enable-disable-a-form.

Please let us know how would you like to proceed. And if you have other questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to let us know.
