Cleared upload storage

I cleared submissions from my form - but my upload space is not cleared.  Can you clear it for me.?

Your form have submissions upload which counts to your account upload storage.

I already checked and cleared form cache. The current upload storage used is up to date.

You will have to delete more submissions if you are after to going below the upload limit of your FREE subscription.

I deleted all the submission. Please clear the cache again. I don't
know what was wrong I thought that they were all cleared before.

I checked your account and I see it was already cleared. Try re login again at https://www.jotform.com/login
