    Hi there,

Is there any way to send reports to Sync (a dropbox for healthcare)?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Can you share to us more detail about Sync you refer to.

Share to us the URL of their website so we can know more information about them. We also do have existing integration to Dropbox already.

    Check it here : https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

We will wait for your updated response.

Hi there - thanks for getting back to me.

    This here is sync: https://www.sync.com/

It does the exact same thing is dropbox but is PIPPEDA compliant so we use it for our healthcare clinic which is necessary for us.

We could also integrate directly with our server OR make sure that all results are sent to us in a password protected email. Is any of that possible?

The form will live on this website: http://allevioclinic.com/

We haven't activated them yet since we don't have a location to store the forms.

Thank you for providing us with the requested details. I have submitted this thread to the higher team support as a feature request ticket for integration to Sync.

I cannot give you any ETA as to when this feature will be available, but we will notify you here for any news/updates on the progress of this feature.

For now, since it seems like you are looking for option to further enhance the security option on your forms, I recommend you also review the following features

#1 All our forms uses secure URL(https) by default and you can still add a security certificate seal visible on the form itself.

    User guide: Enabling-Security-Certificate-Seal-on-Secure-Forms

#2 Use Form Encryption. This well encrypt all the data of the form including the emails.

    Best

    #2 might work - I'll let you know :)

Thank you for all of your help

    Hello SimonAllevio,

On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. Do try out form encryption and get back to us if you have any questions.

Please note that you should save the encryption key file which gets downloaded after you enable form encryption. Without this encryption key file, it will not be possible to decrypt your form's submissions.

    Thank you!

    Hi there -

Is there any way for the form's results to be sent directly to our local server so that we can maintain them locally?
