The form I created says it is Unavailable how can I resolve this problem?

    I created a Client Contract form before I upgrated to the Bronze package but after upgrading I am unable to see the form. I have tried logging off and back on and this did not resolve the issue. Can you please help?

    Hello Dulce,

    I checked the form and it's currently disabled. Disabling of forms may happen when done manually:

    a) when you have set it to disable after reaching a certain number of submissions
    b) when you set it to disable on reaching a certain date
    c) by reaching a certain number of submissions or a certain date.
