I have a form that I have cloned from a shared template. I want to save in folder so I can find easier. How do I get the from in a folder?

You need to Create a Folder in the My Forms page. To do that, please follow this guide:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the My Forms page, click the Create New Folder.

3. After creating a new folder, drag the form to the folder. Here's a screen animation guide:
