    Unable to find my account with my email address.

    Hi,

     

    We have an account under  the email address contact@festivalnumber6.com

     

    The password has been changed by someone in our company and we can't get into it.

     

    It also says that the email doesn't work anymore?


    Please advise ASAP

    Hello LUCY,

    Unfortunately we are unable to find any account with email address  contact@festivalnumber6.com but I was able to locate an account with your email address LUCY.WHITEHEAD@BROADWICKLIVE.COM. The account username is "lucywhitehead" and has two forms. Is this the account you are trying to get access to?

    If you have any other account, please let us know any of your form ID or web page URl where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    Hello Lucy,

    Okay with this form ID, I was able to trace the account. The reason why you are not able to see this form is because it is currently disabled. 

    This form is associated with account "Festivalnumber6" and the profile email address of this account is ja**.wal**@broadwicklive.com Do you have access to this email address? If you can access this email, you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
