I contacted you recently but did not get a response.
The email notifications from my forms are not coming through to me after someone submits a form.
Please could you check that everything is working as it should

We found only one recipient in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Please check your spam folders, and if you find notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
