A client submitted the contract and paid. She even sent me a screenshot of the payment receipt but I still see nothing on my end. What is going on??Page URL:

Did you received the payment?
I checked submissions of your form and I saw that you have three incomplete payments.
If you have received the payments from the user in your Paypal account but did not receive a submissions notification from JotForm, the submissions might be in the incomplete payment list. This is happening when Paypal IPN is disabled in your Paypal account. Inside of this guide you can find how to enable IPN on your Paypal account:

Yes, the payment came thru first. Everything finally came thru around 2 hrs after she submitted it
