A client submitted the contract and paid. She even sent me a screenshot of the payment receipt but I still see nothing on my end. What is going on??

Did you received the payment?
I checked submissions of your form and I saw that you have three incomplete payments.

Yes, the payment came thru first. Everything finally came thru around 2 hrs after she submitted it
