    Problem receiving email alerts

    I set up a form for my friend/client's website, located at http://www.mckarate1.com/contact.html and he is not receiving e-mail alerts. He has tried this from a number of different computers and from his wife's Kindle. I checked and his account is set up properly to route to this address. If you could be so kind as to find out why this is happening I'd be greatly appreciative. Thank you!

    NOTE: The e-mail address is an aol account. Does that matter at all? I noticed it took unusually long to receive ANY email under this account, yet he does not want to change.

    I have read of some problems with users using an AOL email address before. May i suggest you try to use noreply@jotform.com as the Sender EMail of the notification.

    If that still doesnt work, you may have to set up a 'rule' in another email account to forward the notfication email onto the AOL email address.

    Base on the Mail Logs emails were sent successfully though.

    Changing the sender e-mail to noreply@jotform.com worked like a charm. Thanks!
