Hi there,
Our jotform users are having some issues with the uploaded photos. Our vendor load the photos, then the form is emailed to our team but when our team attempts to open and download them, they've been getting this error attached.

May be that there was a connection error while uploading the files so they could not be properly uploaded. May we get the form as well as the submissions where you experienced the issue?
We will be glad to check if the files reached our servers, if that's the case we will restore them so you can download the files on your end, otherwise you would need to ask your users to re-upload the files.
However, provide us with the requested information, we will be glad to further check this on our end.
