I am a little confused. Someone set up my payment form and I am not exactly sure which account it is tied to. When someone makes a payment, where is their money sent?
Also, I have a customer who is trying to make a payment and she is getting an PCI:: Authentication/Authorization Failed error. Can you please advise?
Thank you. BristolPage URL:

I have checked the form you kindly provided and found that it's using a PayPal Pro integration, but it's not configured at all, and not tied to any account at the moment, which explains why your customer couldn't make a payment.
In order to configure your payment integration, please click on the wizard icon highlighted in green in the following screenshot, and complete the integration section highlighted in red:
Finally, for more information on how to integrate your form with PayPal please see our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal
I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

I have checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/62737622983163 and I can see you have integrated it with Stripe, unfortunately, it is not possible to know which account has been used to integrate the form.
However, if you would like to use a new account you may simply switch between live to test mode and set it back to live again, you will need to click on the connect button in order to set up your new Stripe account:
I hope this helps.
