Forms are not being saved correctly

    I duplicated a form and re-named it and then changed the form.  Now when I paste the code and go to the website to fill in the form, the results of the form are those of the original form that I creaded and duplicated.  What am I doing wrong???

    Are you referring to the notifications receive? You will need to remove the current notification and re-create it. That way we are sure that notification fields are up to date.
