Submit button missing on embedded form

    I have embedded my form but the Submit button is now missing. The button is there on my form when I go to edit it on your site.

    Submit button and Today's Date field are cut off on your embedded form. 

    Please re-emebd your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:

    I just embedded the iFrame and it's still missing the Submit button and Signature Box.
