I uploaded in the incorrect file to our "Encrypted files", how do I change it to the correct file?
I am not longer being prompted to unlock my encrypted files. Please assist. Thank you.

Once the private key is uploaded it is stored in a browser local storage (this is different from browser cookies). Please clear the local browser storage to be able to upload the private key again.
Alternatively, you can access the site using another browser, or incognito browser mode.
