Form does not redirect to external link after form submission

Hello! So I have created a form that when submitted, it should redirect to an external link.

URL of where form is located:

    https://www.advancedcommission.com/ambassador-program/

    URL of thank you page:

    https://www.advancedcommission.com/ambassador-program/

This form is embedded in wordpress using the iframe code that was provided on the jotform website. When I press the submit button, the form reloads the page as if it is trying to redirect, but then stays exactly where it was and the form turns invisible. Why exactly can I not be directed to my thank you page?

I know that the form is submitting correctly because I receive an email with the data that I had entered. But I am somewhat confused why It does not work for the thank you page.

*Note: If I do the "show thank you page" that is provided in Jotform, it will reload the page and then display correctly. So that works. But the Redirect to External link does not work and the redirect page is in fact valid.

I have tried the [embed] option, iFrame, and the java script that was provided too under the embed options. All gave me the same results (although [embed] was the worst).

How exactly should I combat this issue?

    Thank you!

If you have embedded the form on Wordpress before making changes to your thank you page settings, unfortunately, Wordpress has its own cache which you will need to clear first before the way your form functions will get updated.

To clear your cache on your Wordpress CMS:

    1) Log into the WordPress Dashboard.
    2) Hover over Performance, then click Dashboard.
    3) Click empty all caches.
