Is there a drop down field that can allow to select one option and that option will not be seen anymore to next user.

My requirement is to be able to allow one use to select one Song (field name Keertana). 

If a user seelct one of the item lets say #1,

Other users should not see #1 item anymore.

Is there any way i can achieve this ?

The closest solution I could think of base from your requirement is to use a widget like a Gift Registry. This widget allows the user to know what item is left or available for them to choose.

Unfortunately, there is no other option or another tool that has this, and it's not possible yet to set this as a dropdown list field.

But I think your question can be a good recommendation for a feature request, so I will forward this to our development team. However, I cannot guarantee that this feature can get an approval.
