How can I restore a deleted form?

Hi there,

A couple of weeks ago, I was cleaning up the forms that I don't use any more and I realized tonight I actually deleted one by mistake.  It was a wedding contract. Is there any way this can be retrieved on your end?

It is possible to restore the form if you only deleted it, it was moved to the trash folder. The following guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms 

However, it is not possible to restore the form was purged, if it was already deleted from the trash folder too.
