Once the form gets submitted we recieve an email from the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Can this be changed to come from another custom address? Our internal server send those emails to SPAM.

Please add our sender email first to your whitelist to avoid any problems.

You can also use your SMTP server to send the emails https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
