    Can you please provide us more detail about what you mean by "Submit button goes away on mobile"? I checked your form embedded on your site (https://www.dubsatthegap.com/registration/) in a mobile device emulator and it seems there is no problem when submitting your form. Upon clicking the submit button, it redirected me to the PayPal checkout page.
