I want to be able to link my customers choices through radio buttons, checkboxes and medium images with payment (paypal). I want to use the field tools in JotForm and not necesarily the limited paypal wizard. Can you help?

For example: I am buying a painting.

Name Field & email etc.: I want my name to show up when I am checking out with Paypal. Don't want to put in all the info again

Checkbox field: I want to choose a size on a dropdown or checkbox and have that correlate to price. In other words when I choose this I want the prices to show up when I checkout on paypal etc.

Another checkbox: Then I want to be able to see all the styles or colors of frames along with maybe the image field (for frame views) and choose which one I want. I want that choice and price to be captured so that I can checkout.

Thank you so much for you help!

Example attached ideally would allow the email, name, address to populate to the paypal checkout without the user having to put in that information again as it is here.

As a matter of fact, customer's information will automatically be extracted from Paypal if the payment is successful (and your Paypal IPN setup is correct). It will then be saved onto the form's submissions page together with the data for the product paid for.

Naturally, the said information will also be included in the notification emails you receive from us.

This means you can afford to remove the name, email and address fields in your form.

It is possible to add a drop down option for your products, assuming that the price is fixed no matter which option is chosen. Unfortunately though, product options cannot correlate to price.
