I can see the forms on you site in my account, but i don't recive them anymore in my mail box. There is no change in the mail adres.
I hope yoy can answere it so soon as possible. I get with this form questions from students of my photo and video trainings.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your email address was in the bounce list and i have manually removed it, should be working fine by now. May i suggest you to change the Sender E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org?
You can also add JotMail's Ip Addresses to your mail provider's whitelist.
