I requested that my account be downgraded and it didn't happen

    I requested that my account be downgraded early June and I was still charged 19.99 at the end of June.  Please downgrade my account immediately and refund my 19.99 to my account.

    I downgraded your Jotform account to the free plan. You have made payments via PayPal. Hence, please be sure that you have already cancelled your Jotform subscription from your PayPal panel. In order to cancel it from your PayPal panel, please follow these instructions:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    Moreover, I have added you to the PayPal refund queue for the unused time.
