Unable to export submissions to PDF after few successful batch downloads.

Thanks for the quick response.

The form we are using is: “2017 This South West Life photography competition”.

After successfully downloading one or two batches of 20, the message I get when trying to batch download the entries is that the download has failed.

"Downloading submissions between 20 and 40 failed."

I understand that you are trying to export the submissions to PDF from the submissions view.

Are you receiving any error message while downloading the reports? Could you let us know the form that you are trying to download the PDF so that we can take a look and see if we can replicate the issue at our end?

Hello,

What is the "Time Frame" you have selected to download your submissions in PDF? I would suggest you to download the PDF files in small batches and see if you are able to download them successfully. If you are filtering submissions of one year, please filter 2-3 months submissions and then download it.
