My users from China cannot access my forms

we get some replys from the china user saying they are not able to access jotform.

The custom URL of your form is https://form.jotform.me/ethinkirene/mec-2017. When I check your form on this URL https://www.jotform.com/ethinkirene/mec-2017, I encounter a 404 message either:

May I suggest you try also sharing your forms first to your users using its direct URL. This way you will be able to find out if JotForm is really working or not in China.

Let us know if issue persist even when using the form actual URLs.

Those should work, apparently, https://form.jotform.me doesn't work in China, but please check and let us know.
