Unknown reason for Please Run Wizard error

    Hi there

    I have a form that recently showed the above error.

    I cloned it to https://www.jotform.com/build/71913436305857  and deleted all fields. But the error still shows.

     

    Can you please review the original form below and advise where the error is?

    It was an unused corrupted widget in your form:

    That widget has never collected data, you can delete it, or let us know if you want us to delete it for you, we will be glad to assist you.
