Hi I was wondering if there is a way to tell which page of my website the visitor submits the form from. I want to be able to use just one form over multiple pages but need to know what landing page it came from.

Another question I had is there a way on the checkbox field to be able to go across the page instead of down?

    Thanks for your help

Please follow these guidelines when you ask a question on the support forum:

    1. Post only a single question on each thread. Do not ask unrelated questions on the same thread.

    2. Make sure the title of the thread is a simplified version of your question. So that when other browse the forum then can see what is discussed on a thread without clicking on it.

I changed the title of the thread to your first question and I will only answer your first question. Please post the second question on a separate thread.

No, it is not possible to get the referrer of the user.

Yes, you can do it by selecting the checkbox field and increasing the number on "Spread Columns" from toolbar.
