Can I set a condition based on editing a form?

I have a required payment Stripe integration field in my form. If someone comes back to edit the form, it is requiring them to submit payment again before being able to submit. Can I create a condition of not requiring payment if editing the form or once it has been paid?

I understand that you want to set the payment field as not required when the form submission is being edited. Please note that if the payment has been completed while submitting the form. the payment field will be disabled when you edit the form. It is not possible to edit the payment information by default while editing the form submission and it is not required to setup any conditions.
