    What code do I past to put my form in an e-mail newsletter?

    I am using verticalresponse.com and am trying to put the full form, not just the link, in my newsletter. Which code do I use??

    That's probably not feasible. Most email clients do not allow forms on email content or do not allow it to function. 

    If you would like to give it a try, use the full form source code use the Facebook form code since that's the simplest HTML version. Both javascript and iframe versions will probably be removed directly. Full source code has a higher chance to be shown on the email.
