How to process payment in form?

  Greetings

    My name is Alexis and I am Marketing Coordinator for a Dental Practice. On our Summit Event website we have posted a registration form using a jot form sheet. (shown here: http://www.adissummit.com/registration.html ) Looking upon your website I noticed that there aren't any registration sheets that have credit card information on them. Is there any way we can add credit card information to our Jot Form so that the payments can process faster?

Hello Alexis,

Please be note that you should not add form fields in your form asking for user's credit card information. I would suggest you to please check our terms of use. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. If you add text fields asking for credit card numbers, it will trigger our anti-phishing system.
